How do I reorder pages in a PDF?
Choose your PDF, then drag a page's handle to its new position. You can also use the left and right arrows below each page. The displayed order is the download order.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. PDF reading, previews, editing, and export happen in your browser. The site downloads its own code and PDF engines, but does not upload your PDF or its filename.
Will organizing reduce the quality of my PDF?
Pages are copied from the original PDF, with their order and rotation updated. Thumbnails are only previews; they are not used to rebuild the downloaded PDF.
Can I undo an edit or start over?
Yes. Undo and redo cover reordering, deletion, and rotation, with up to 100 recent edits. Reset restores the original page order and orientation. Clear file lets you start with another PDF.
What files can I use?
Use one PDF up to 25 MB and 100 pages. These are our current product settings. Password-protected PDFs can be unlocked locally with your password; if unlocking fails, use an unencrypted copy. Exports are not password protected.
What about forms, bookmarks, and signatures?
This tool copies page content. Interactive forms, document bookmarks, and links may not be preserved completely. Editing invalidates digital signatures. Check the downloaded PDF before relying on those features.
